Ok..I can't believe it has been so long since I even posted to this blog. I am so amazed that it is even still active. I am going to try and update at least once a week.

My trip to Wyoming......
It has been a long long time since I posted anything....so here is goes this is about my trip to Wyoming......
My daughter, Casey, my boxer, Sydney, and I left on Saturday, July 12th for Wyoming....My last day of work was on Friday, July 11th...
We did run into some problems....first Sydney would not calm down...she kept pacing in the back seat...every time we stopped at the Rest area's should would go crazy when she couldn't see me....finally after driving for almost 8 hours, I took her pillow and laid part of it on the console between the front seat and the back seat....she laid down with her front paws and head on the pillow and the rest of her was on the back seat.....We stop in St. Joesph, MO for the night....we were half way to Wyoming...We stayed at a Super 8 Motel.....Sydney was up and down all night..with all the strange sounds......We sleep in a little on Sunday morning and then head back out to Wyoming....This day was pretty uneventful, as long as Sydney was laying on the pillow she did not give us any problems. We go to Rock Springs, Wyoming about 9:00 pm their time which was 11:00 eastern time....So I was worn out.....I rested on Monday, as Lee had to go to his safety refresher course....Sydney made friends with everyone at the camp ground, everytime I took her to the pet walk some one would stop us and she would just wiggle and wiggle.....We decided to leave to come back on Wednesday, but the 4 wheel drive on the truck kept going into neutral. We decided to see if we could get it fixed out there since we were going to be pulling a camper back to Wyoming from WV. They could not work on the truck until Thursday morning, so we put it in the shop on Wednesday. On Thursday about 11:00 they called and said the truck was ready....We went and go the truck, loaded up and started out to come back to WV....well before we could even get out of the campground the 4 wheel drive light came back on...so off to shop we went...we had them take us back to the camp ground....they didn't get it fixed until 4:30, so decided to take off on Friday morning....We left about 4:00am mountain time....we stopped to fill up with gas....we heard a thumping noise, but we checked and didn't see anything...so down the road we head to WV.....about 5 hours later we stopped for our second tank of gas....We were turning back onto the interstate and we heard a real loud thumpping noise and then smoke started pouring from the truck....We got the side and shut down the truck engine....When we got out we thought it was the transmission, but it was oil not transmission fluid that was on the ground....We were getting ready to call 911 and a state trooper from Nebraska stopped to help us.....He called a tow truck for us, so after we got to a GMC dealership we sat for for 2 hours.....The problem was that the dealership in Wyoming had left some bolts out of the front drive line and the clips had poked a hole in the oil filter....Thank goodness the Wyoming dealership took responsibility and paid for the tow truck and the repair work....The Nebraska dealership didn't have the clips or bolts for the front drive line, so we drove home with it in the bed of the truck.....We drove straight through to WV....it was a long 30 hours.........We are now in the process of trying trade off the truck........Well I am going to sign off for now....

Hey...It has been a month since I was here last....
My cruise was fantastic....I am ready to go again....I have been taking a lot of classes at Almost Heaven Scrapbooking.....Sandy is a wonderful friend and teacher, I have learn lots from her....I am going to participate in the "Scrap Pink" on September 29.....I hope to get all my Christmas cards and several of the invitations for my parents "50th Anniversary" completed.....It will depend on how much time I spend visiting with everyone.....
Well my lunch break is over...I need to get back to work...I am taking off Wednesday - Friday, since my hubby is home for the week.....
I will try to get back out here later this week....

Friday Morning
Well it is Friday morning, August 24th. I am so excited...I only have to work today, then finish all my packing this evening and tomorrow...then I am off on my cruise.....I hope I don't have with draws.......I will not have a computer or my scrapbooking stuff....I am taking my crocheting stuff, since it will fix easily in my huge purse.
Well I better get some work finished.... Talk to everyone in a week.....

Starting off
Hey...I am new to blogging. My name is Mary Beth. I love to scrapbook. I started in April 2007 and have become a scrap addict. I have meet some wonderful people, that I know that I will be friends with forever. I have to go get ready to run some errands. I live next Sunday, August 26th for my first cruise. I am so excited, but I have to get both my girls ready to start college this Monday. So I will have to make runs to Huntington and Fairmont this week.
